Organ Teacher
William has had a wealth of teaching experience on piano, organ and harpsichord spanning over 35
years, teaching a range of students from primary school age to more mature adults. His successes
have included a 100% pass rate in ABRSM exams, performance diplomas and organ scholarships to
top universities and cathedrals. He has worked for the Dr Martin Clarke Young Organist Scholarship Trust and is an accredited teacher for the Royal College of Organists where he gives frequent masterclasses in various aspects of organ playing, particularly within the Liturgy.
Availability as an organist for all occasions
William is available as an organist for weddings, solemn occasions such as funerals, recitals, and as a pianist for celebrations, and as an accompanist on all keyboard instruments. The videos below show short excerpts of a small amount of his repertoire for different occasions
Academic Teacher
With a full-time teaching career of over 30 years and as an examiner, William is available to coach ABRSM Theory, GCSE, A level, University entrance and diploma paperwork. He is also an examiner and moderator for some of the main examining boards.
